Mr David Chatterton

Executive Director

David is a founding director of Radical Systems. He worked in the NT Public Service for 16 years before becoming an IT consultant in 2001. He has nearly 30 years of experience in project and operational management, business/technical analysis and technology consulting across a spectrum of ICT software development, business intelligence and infrastructure projects.

Interests

Outside of work David’s interests are varied and include sailing, hiking, camping, motorcycling, tinkering and more recently wood working.

Dr Adam Whitehead

Executive Director

Adam Whitehead is a founding executive director of Radical Systems. He completed a Bachelor of Information Technology at the Northern Territory University (now Charles Darwin University) in 2000. While studying, he started his career by developing and operating popular multimedia search engines in the early years of the digital music revolution. He later went on to develop and operate content management and delivery platforms for mobile multimedia content. Adam worked in the Northern Territory ICT industry as a software developer and technical consultant for a decade prior to the establishment of Radical Systems with David Chatterton.

In 2017, Adam completed a Doctor of Medicine at Flinders University. He is passionate about the health of the people of the NT, and enjoys personally contributing by leveraging his interests in both technology and medicine.

Interests

Outside of work Adam's interests include a wide variety of nerdy indoor technology-related activities including reverse engineering retro games and old software.

Mr Robert Kennedy

General Manager

Robert has worked in the Northern Territory ICT industry for more than 20 years holding numerous technical and management roles in both the private and public sector over this time. This has included roles ranging from systems engineering and solution architecture through to service delivery management, project management and application support.

Whilst working, Robert studied a Bachelor of Information Technology at Charles Darwin University. Specialising in Information Systems, he graduated in 2007.

With a fond passion for technology, Robert is committed to delivering exceptional results and surpassing client expectations. His diverse background, comprehensive knowledge and enthusiasm make him a valuable asset in any technology-driven endeavor.

Outside of work Robert's interests include fishing, gardening, travelling, home automation and all things tech!

Mrs Lorraine Saayman

Business Support Officer

Lorraine's journey with Radical Systems began a decade ago when she was offered the opportunity to join the team as a Business Support Officer. Over the years, she has evolved into an indispensable member of the management team, earning a reputation for courtesy, dedication, and professionalism.

Lorraine brings a diverse skill set and a wealth of experience to her role, enabling her to adeptly fulfill multifaceted responsibilities. Her areas of expertise include financial support, event coordination, and streamlined office administration, which she executes with precision and efficiency.

Lorraine has a unique talent for striking the perfect balance between professionalism and a personal touch which has endeared her to colleagues at Radical Systems, earning her a remarkable fan base within the organisation. Her unwavering commitment to fostering a collaborative and harmonious work environment has played a pivotal role in driving our team's success and growth.

Interests

Outside of work Lorraine's interests are hiking, scuba diving, interior and exterior design and touring around Australia in a light aircraft with her pilot husband.
